How quickly do you ship orders?
Orders placed before 2PM AEST Monday-Friday ship same day. Most customers receive their orders within 1-3 business days depending on location.
What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your hat, we'll arrange a return at no cost to you.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?

How do I know what size to order?
Our wide brim hats are adjustable and fit head circumferences from 54-60cm. We also have a detailed size guide available on each product page.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your package directly through Australia Post.
Do you ship internationally?
